These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CVorah AI, including our website, dashboard, CV analysis tools, AI-generated reports, paid plans, and related services. By creating an account, accessing, purchasing, or using CVorah AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy.
CVorah AI provides AI-powered tools for CV analysis, career insights, resume optimization, keyword review, report generation, and related professional profile support. You agree to use the platform only for lawful, ethical, and legitimate professional purposes.
You must not use CVorah AI in any way that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, employment rules, privacy obligations, intellectual property rights, or these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service.
If you use CVorah AI on behalf of another person, organization, or client, you confirm that you have the legal authority and permission to upload, process, and analyze their content.
CVorah AI provides recommendations, scoring systems, keyword analysis, summaries, and career-related insights for informational and decision-support purposes only. The platform does not provide employment guarantees, hiring promises, legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice, psychological advice, or professional recruitment services.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before relying on it, submitting it to employers, publishing it, or using it in a professional context.
CVorah AI uses automated and AI-assisted systems to generate CV analysis, scores, suggestions, keywords, summaries, and career-related recommendations. These outputs may be generated using machine-learning models, natural language processing, and third-party AI infrastructure.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, irrelevant suggestions, formatting issues, or recommendations that are not suitable for every employer, country, industry, role, applicant tracking system, or personal circumstance.
CVorah AI does not guarantee that any AI-generated output is complete, accurate, unbiased, legally compliant, or appropriate for your specific situation. You must use your own judgment before relying on any output.
CVorah AI is intended for individual career support, CV improvement, and informational guidance. CVorah AI is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, employment agency, hiring platform, or official job-placement service.
CVorah AI does not evaluate users for employment on behalf of employers and should not be used by employers as the sole basis for hiring, rejection, promotion, compensation, disciplinary, eligibility, or other employment-related decisions.
You retain ownership of the CVs, resumes, documents, text, profile information, and other content you upload or submit to CVorah AI.
By uploading or submitting content, you grant CVorah AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable licence to process, analyze, format, store, display, transmit, and use that content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service.
You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal bases to upload and process the content through CVorah AI. You must not upload content belonging to another person unless you have their permission or another valid legal basis.
You agree not to misuse CVorah AI. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
All platform technology, software, algorithms, branding, logos, interface design, website content, reports templates, product names, visual assets, and service materials associated with CVorah AI are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of CVorah AI or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of CVorah AI without prior written permission, except as strictly necessary for your personal use of the service.
Certain features of CVorah AI may require a paid subscription, one-time payment, or usage-based plan. Before completing a purchase, users are shown the applicable price, included features, usage limits, access period, and billing conditions.
Plan names, features, analysis limits, prices, access periods, and availability may change over time. Changes will not remove access to reports or analyses already paid for during the applicable access period, except where necessary for legal, security, technical, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Users are responsible for reviewing plan details before purchase. If a plan includes a limited number of CV analyses, each generated report may count toward the user’s usage limit.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless an exception applies under applicable consumer law.
Because CVorah AI provides digital services and digital content that may be delivered immediately after purchase, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, once the service has begun or a CV report has been generated, you may lose your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.
Unless required by applicable law, payments for reports, analyses, subscriptions, or digital services already delivered are non-refundable. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing a paid service, please contact us through our contact page.
If CVorah AI offers recurring subscriptions, the subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. The renewal price, billing period, and included features will be displayed before purchase.
Users can cancel their subscription from their account dashboard, billing settings, payment provider portal, or by contacting support where applicable. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already paid, unless required by applicable law.
If a subscription is cancelled, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
Data storage, retention, deletion, processing purposes, legal bases, third-party providers, international transfers, and user data protection rights are governed by our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CVorah AI, its owner, operators, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized upload of another person’s data.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to CVorah AI if the platform is used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, excessively, or in violation of these Terms.
We may also suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, comply with law, enforce plan limits, or maintain platform security.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection, data protection, digital service, or platform-related rights that may apply under the laws of the user's country of residence.
If the user is located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or any Central European country where mandatory consumer or data protection rules apply, nothing in these Terms limits the rights that cannot be excluded under applicable local law.
Where legally permitted, any dispute arising from the use of CVorah AI shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain. If the user acts as a consumer, they may also have the right to bring claims before the courts of their place of residence or benefit from mandatory protections available in their country under applicable law.
